Smt. Chandra Prabha Bhatia is an award-winning educator, women empowerment advocate, and social reformer whose life has been devoted to creating meaningful impact through education and service. With a career spanning over two decades, she has inspired countless students, educators, and communities to embrace equality, empathy, and progress.

National Award for Teachers (2007) presented by the President of India, and recognition as a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (USA).

Beyond education, she is actively engaged in public service and politics, currently serving as the National President (Women’s Wing) of the Lok Janshakti Party (Ramvilas). In this role, she continues to work toward empowering women, strengthening their participation in nation-building, and shaping inclusive policy dialogues.

Early Life & Education

Chandra Prabha Bhatia holds an M.A., B.Ed., and a Diploma in Human Rights. Her career began as a teacher grounded in classroom innovation; she has always believed that education is the most powerful tool for social change.

Career & Contributions to Education

Over the years, she has introduced digital tools in classrooms, mentored fellow teachers, and represented India at international educator forums. Major recognitions in education include the National Award for Teachers (2007) and the Microsoft Innovative Teachers Leadership Award.

Social Service & Welfare

A committed social worker, she founded the Jaguar Security Guards Welfare Trust and has served as National Women President of the Rashtriya Manav Adhikar Seva Trust. Her efforts are focused on workers’ welfare, women’s legal literacy, and community upliftment.

Political Journey & Vision

With an enduring commitment to human rights and equality, Chandra Prabha Bhatia joined Lok Janshakti Party (Ramvilas) to advance women’s participation in politics, grassroots development, and education policy. As National President Secretary (Women’s Wing), her priority is to create actionable programs for women’s economic and political empowerment.
